Heating system: supports electric heating or thermal media heating to ensure that the melt maintains the proper temperature and fluidity in the pump.

II. Working Principle

The working principle of the melt pump is based on the volumetric conveying of gears:

Melt suction: when the gear rotates, the melt enters the confined space formed by the gear tooth groove and the pump body.

Melt conveying: the gears continue to rotate, pushing the melt from the suction area to the discharge area.

Melt pressurization: When the gears mesh, the volume of the gear grooves decreases and the melt is compressed and discharged, realizing the pressurization effect.

Stabilized output: By adjusting the gear speed, the melt flow and pressure can be precisely controlled to ensure the stability of the extrusion process.
