The working principle of reaction kettle melt discharge pump is based on the design of positive displacement pump, through the precision meshing of the master and slave gears, to realize the change of working volume, so as to complete the transport of melt. Specifically, when the gears rotate in the specified direction, the melt enters the grooves of the two gears in the feeding area. As the gears rotate, the melt is brought into the feeding zone from both sides. The re-engagement of the gears causes the melt in the grooves to be squeezed out of the discharge area and pressed into the outlet pipe. As long as the pump shaft rotates, the gears press the melt to the outlet side, so that high pressures can be achieved at the pump outlet.
